Brooke is a birth and postpartum doula that supports families in Palm Beach, Broward and North Miami, Florida. With a background in integrative health and the healing arts, she spends ample time with each client co-creating a care plan that is informative, transformative, and builds a foundation for birthing in awareness, no matter the location or the outcome. 

 

Brooke's practice utilizes self-inquiry, comfort touch, breath work, and movement to tap into the wisdom of our bodies to promote a positive experience. Her holistic approach blends conventional doula support and Ayurvedic practices which all focus on nurturing the new version of her clients. Her hope is to always leave her clients feeling positive, empowered, and prepared for their journey ahead. She believes that the knowledge expectant parents seek is already within.
