Though I dawn the title DOULA these days, I have had many titles as my background is in transitional life coaching, Reiki, and Ayurvedic postpartum therapies, and I even spent my twenties designing the interior spaces of children hospitals. Yes, I've had many transitions myself.​

Long before becoming a Doula, I witnessed the power of birth and experienced the unimaginable heartache of miscarrying and postpartum depression. It was in the process of acceptance and grief that I witnessed the connection between spirituality, death, and childbirth deepen, and thus, my work began to evolve into the field of maternal health and spiritual midwifery.

In the most recent years, I have deepened my awareness of how nurturing mental health and calming the nervous system is vital to self-healing and the bond between you and your child/ren. Moreover, I see how the positive and negative outcomes of pregnancy and birth can leave a lasting impact on a Mothers mind, body and spirit.
