How to contact your doula.

 

I am honored to be invited into this time of your life.

Communication is valuable to me and I want you to know that you can always reach out to me.

​

You have my personal cell number.

​

My general office hours are between 9:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday.

​

My home visit days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

​

If you have a non-emergent question or concern you may either text or call my cell number during general office hours. I will try to get back with you within a couple of hours, understand that during general office hours I may be with a client.

​

As your doula my phone notifications remain on 24/7 for urgent matters. I wake every time you make contact. Please refrain from texting or calling between the hours of 9pm and 7am unless it is urgent. If you have something on your mind after hours, feel free to send me an email so that your mind can be at peace and you can fall asleep knowing I'll read it in the morning.

 

 

IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT MATTER SUCH AS:

*contractions that are consistently reoccurring

*leaking fluid or vaginal bleeding

*emergency episode

Please call immediately and if the call is not answered the first time, hang up & call back immediately. If no answer, call the backup line.
